Die Osteria da Santo war einmal ein Geheimtyp in Bümpliz. Klein aber fein, mit leckeren Gerichten und toller Atmosphäre. Letztere ist immer noch gegeben, aber das Essen war die beiden letzten Male (Spaghetti al Olio e Peperoncino und Teigwaren mit Broccoli und Käse) nicht wirklich gut. Schlecht gewürzt, zuwenig Salz, statt frischem Knoblauch und frischen Chillichoten kam alles aus der Gewürzdose. Ich hoffe es wird wieder besser und wie früher, wäre sonst schade um das Kleinod. Nachtrag vom 16.09.2025 Ich war heute wieder einnmal dort essen, der alte Koch ist scheinbar wieder dort. Juhui, das Essen war wieder so lecker wie früher. Ich hoffe, dass bleibt so :)
