Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin
About
The "Cold" war, the Berlin embodiment of absurdity in the form of a wall, and one of the main routes for a tourist in Berlin - Checkpoint Charlie still remembers the tank standoff, hears the sobs and exclamations of couples in love by the wall, feels the gunpowder smoke after a precise and lethal shot. It is here that one can find a museum that has absorbed history and every detail up to the year 1990. This is where spies were exchanged, officials were transferred, and today an exhibition for human rights is on display. A couple of flags, two competitors, and two soldiers in a painting, eyeing each other's territories. All comments and descriptions are available in Russian as well - presumably for convenience, or to avoid another conflict.
