The Julius Tower vigilantly watches over the area, and the bastions stand firm - no outsider can pass through. The citadel has seen it all - the daily life of prisoners and officers, military laboratories, and explosions. Dozens of weapons from all eras await their moment, as if they're about to open fire. Time has swept everything away, like a swift river, and there's nowhere left to shoot. Except, perhaps, at the bats that constantly gather here for their designated hibernation. Anyone can find a cafe and restaurant to their taste, a theater, and small shops here, and the bravest can attend a knights' tournament or relax at a festival - they happen every year.
