About

The City History Museum consists of four parts: Plaza del Rey, the Monastery of Pedralbes, the Verdaguer House, and the entertainment center in Park Güell. Its primary focus is the preservation, documentation, and study of Catalonia's historical heritage.

The History Museum was originally conceived as a continuation of Barcelona, with its magnificent buildings, streets, and squares. Based on numerous materials and archaeological findings, visitors can trace the city's development and the passage of time while exploring an extensive collection of Roman portraits, clay pottery, and Jewish inscriptions.
