มาลองเพราะคำว่ามิชลิน 10ปีซ้อน นั่ง bts มาร้านอยู่กึ่งกลางระหว่างสถานีพร้อมพงษ์กับทองหล่อ ลงอันไหนก็ได้แล้วเดินเข้าซอยไปอีกรวมๆประมาณ 1 กม. (ระหว่างทางมีผ่านซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตญี่ปุ่นด้วย ของในนั้นดูดีเลยล่ะ) มาถึงใกล้ๆ 1 ทุ่ม ร้านค่อนข้างเล็กกว่าที่คิด ลูกค้ายังไม่เต็ม ก็ถือว่าผิดคาดเพราะเห็นว่าได้มิชลินมาคิดว่าคนจะเยอะ แต่สรุปที่ได้น่าจะเป็นต้นตำรับที่ฮ่องกง อันนี้เป็นสาขาก็เลยไม่แน่น แต่ก็ทยอยมากันเรื่อยๆนะ มาดูอาหารที่สั่งกันบ้าง มีสลัดปลาเงินทอด อร้อยยย ปลากรอบมากๆ น้ำสลัดดีกินแล้วสดชื่น จานหลักก็สั่งซึเคเมนหมูย่างถ่าน เป็นราเมนแห้งเวลากินต้องเอาเส้นไปจุ่มในน้ำซุปเข้มข้น ในน้ำซุปมีหมูอยู่ด้วยนะ รสเค็มๆมันๆ หอมเครื่องเทศอร่อยดี เส้นเหนียวนุ่มให้มาเยอะด้วย ร้านนี้ให้เลือกปริมาณเส้นได้เลยจะเอากี่กรัม ในจานสั่งไซส์ปกติ200กรัมมาค่ะ
