Koch Yut ist mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant, wenn es um echte thailändische Küche in Bamberg geht. Hier wird nicht einfach "europäisch-thailändisch" gekocht – sondern richtig authentisch! Besonders toll: Es gibt eine separate thailändische Speisekarte mit Gerichten, wie man sie auch vor Ort in Thailand findet. Dazu gibt’s frische thailändische Mango mit Sticky Rice – ein Traum – und sogar Young Coconut zum Trinken. Alles frisch, mit Liebe gekocht und geschmacklich einfach top. Wer echte thailändische Küche liebt, sollte Koch Jut definitiv ausprobieren. Absolute Empfehlung!
