Heute spontan nach Bamberg gefahren und durch eine Reservierung von unserem Sohn im Eckerts gelandet 🤝 wir konnten uns gegenseitig beglückwünschen, sehr gutes Restaurant. Schon lange nicht mehr so hervorragend gegessen. Die Auswahl der Speisekarte ist zwar nicht allzu groß aber die Gerichte sind außergewöhnlich gut und durchaus ungewöhnlich. Wir hatten zur Vorspeise Ziegenkäse. Hauptgang Steinbeiser, Rehbraten mit Mohnspätzle und Haselnusspaghetti. Alles außerordentlich fein und geschmackvoll. Die Portionen waren vollkommen ausreichend. Das Eckerts ist ohne Abstriche zu empfehlen.

Ich bin draußen auf der Brücke gesessen. Da war es wirklich schön. Der Kellner kam auch gleich, hatte aber Schwierigkeiten die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Die Getränke kamen dann auch schnell. Nur das Essen hat wirklich sehr lange gedauert, bis es gebracht wurde. Und es war dann auch nicht so toll. Um was zu trinken, würde ich jederzeit wieder hin gehen. Essen würde ich da nicht mehr.
