Helaas was de verwachting groot maar het eten was oke maar niet geweldig...patat leek vaker gebakken en was erg slap, de biefstuk een beetje te gaar...maar verder prima...

Das Gasthaus Kachelofen in Bamberg überzeugt mit einem richtig urigen und gemütlichen Ambiente, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Natürlich durfte bei meinem Besuch auch das bekannte Rauchbier nicht fehlen – geschmacklich war es nicht ganz meins, aber probieren sollte man es definitiv! Zur Vorspeise gab es eine Leberknödelsuppe, die hervorragend war, und als Hauptgang habe ich das ebenfalls sehr bekannte Schäuferla mit Klößen probiert – absolut köstlich. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, was das Ganze perfekt abgerundet hat. Alles in allem kann ich das Restaurant jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, der nach Bamberg kommt. Besonders schön war, dass wir während der Kerwa (Kirmes) dort waren und die Straßen rund um das Gasthaus voller Leben waren – ein tolles Erlebnis! 🍺🥘
