Wir lieben die Backwaren von Fuchs und nehmen diese sehr gerne immer wieder mit in den Norden. Wir sind mehrmals im Jahr in Franken - auch wegen der Bratwurscht ;) Für eine längere Haltbarkeit der Brötchen, steckt man die Brötchentüte in einem Jutebeutel oder aber man legt sie in einen Kochtopf oder mit der Bäckertüte in den Ofen (Selbstverständlich NICHT eingeschaltet!). So haben wir in Norddeutschland noch länger etwas von diesen Mitbringsel. Und dann ein paar Spritzer Wasser drauf und kurz in den Ofen. Für uns sind das die besten Brötchen.
