[un martedì a pranzo] Servizio rapido e preciso. Atmosfera minimalista giapponese. Possibilità di scegliere i singoli pezzi o di affidarsi a varie degustazioni per una o più persone. Ottima esecuzione, ingredienti freschi, presentazione impeccabile. Onestamente abbiamo apprezzato i sushi "tradizionali" (salmone, tonno) più di quelli creativi, che sono più belli da vedere ma me li sono dimenticati velocemente.

Nourriture de bonne qualité. Prix un peu élevés. Attention aux allergènes : le riz contient à chaque fois des graines de moutarde. Que ce soit le riz des sushis ou en bol. Parfois il peut être nécessaire de réserver. Il y a une terrasse devant le restaurant. Le lieu est propre et lumineux. Notons que la préparation des plats requiert un peu de temps même s'il y a peu de monde.
