But what truly elevated the experience was Utah, the restaurant manager. His presence alone brings an air of calm confidence to the floor. Utah’s attentive attitude, deep knowledge of wine, and effortless hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. Every recommendation he gave was spot-on, both with the dishes and the wine pairings. He has that rare ability to guide you without being overbearing—always generous, never intrusive. We’ll absolutely be back. Eppo is a gem, and Utah makes it shine even brighter.
