Je suis sorti de ce restaurant non pas déçu, mais presque offensé. Ce n’est pas un repas que j’ai mangé, c’est une insulte silencieuse à la cuisine chinoise, une version sous anesthésie générale de ce qu’elle est censée être. Tout est fade, plat, sans âme. Une sorte de buffet émotionnellement mort, conçu pour des palais qui n’ont ni mémoire ni exigence. Les plats n’ont pas de relief, pas de parfum, pas d’identité. C’est de la cuisine pour gens fatigués de vivre, pour ceux qui veulent mâcher quelque chose sans rien ressentir. On dirait qu’on a banni le sel, le feu, l’âme et la main du cuisinier. Même l’huile semblait triste. Aucun plat ne raconte une histoire — ils semblent tous avoir été copiés-collés depuis une fiche Excel, dans une cuisine où l’inspiration est morte étouffée sous le plastique et les compromis. Je ne suis pas en colère parce que ce n’était pas bon. Je suis en colère parce que c’était sans intention. Et une cuisine sans intention, c’est une trahison pour ceux qui mangent avec le cœur.
