Producto: variado y bueno. Servicio: deberían mandar mistery shoppers para evaluar la calidad del servicio… Ambiente: Si mejoran la variedad de sillas para niños y adultos, y pusieran tazas en caso de tomar el café en el sitio, sería un plus. Un café en vaso de cartón para tomarlo en la cafetería no tiene sentido.
