Trato y servicio de 10, como siempre Encargué unas palmeritas para una ocasión especial. Me dijeron que no me podían garantizar al 100 % tener la cantidad que pedí, pero que harían todo lo posible por qué así fuera. Panadería y pastelería con productos de calidad excelente. No obstante, en las últimas dos visitas (la última el pasado domingo), sensación desagradable por la atención recibida por parte de la empleada (que no es de las de siempre). Sensacion de que le molestó que solicitara que me pusiera las barras de pan más blancas que había en la estantería del tipo de pan que compré. Para mi la calidad del servicio es tan importante como la calidad del producto. Lo pongo en su conocimiento porque es un sitio que me gusta mucho y con ánimo de que las nuevas incorporaciones traten al cliente como lo hacen las más veteranas.

Es una pena que estéis solo en Zaragoza porque los croissants de allí están muy buenos y se nota que están hechos artesanalmente. Estuve hace un mes por allí y me vais a hacer volver solo para volver a llevarme unos cuantos. La atención por parte de las dos trabajadoras fue excelente, muy amables. Y el café estaba riquísimo, que en cualquier bar te ponen lo primero que pillan. Muy recomendable
