My son ate here twice. Ordered the fresh salmon bagel each time which he said were fantastic. Great value for money for the amount of filling too. Nice friendly staff too.

We stumbled upon Goldees Bagels in The Shambles. Definitely try these! My husband had the Yorkshireman and I had the Portabello...both were in the 'everthing' seeded bagel. Absolutely delicious 😋 Nothing too much trouble and lovely to see people enjoying their work, and taking pride in it! It's a proper good feed from friendly, helpful people...you'd be fools not to try 😍 As it's a takeaway van, we took ours to the museum gardens (as suggested) and they were still nice and toasty!

Easily the best bagels in York. Truly superb. The cheese and jalapeno is my favourite, but they also do some stunning filled sandwiches. Just go and get some bagels, they're so damn good.
