We had 20 mostly blind people at Ambiente Forsgate and had a wonderful evening sharing food with the help of a dedicated waiter who made sure no one ate anything that they were allergic to or did not like. this meant that one guest had most of his food cooked specially for him. The rest of the Tapas were delicious, especially the paella. It is a great place for a group because we all have to interact and the tables are narrow enough for talking across and interacting with glee!

I organised a two-week tour in the UK, mainly based in York, and brought a large group to Ambiente Fossgate. We had the Fiesta package with a Sherry tasting. The food was excellent, with everyone finding their own favourite from the olives to the paella to the meatballs. The large table, cut from a single tree, was stunning, and the restaurant itself was beautiful with a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were all lovely and welcoming throughout. Out of all the meals on our tour, this became the benchmark. It was the most expensive but also the most enjoyable, and truly worth it.
