Stopped by for breakfast and was blown away by both the coffee and food quality! Had a pourover of their Ugandan natural process coffee from Rounton Roasters. Absolutely exceptional with bright, complex flavors that really showcased the bean's character. The croffles (croissant-waffles) were a delightful surprise. Tried both the honey mustard katsu and the berries & nuts versions. The savory one had perfectly crispy katsu with a great balance of sweet and tangy flavors, while the sweet version was indulgent without being overwhelming. The croffle texture itself was spot-on: flaky like a croissant but with those satisfying waffle ridges. Clear attention to quality in both their coffee sourcing and food preparation. The staff knew their coffee well and were happy to discuss the beans. This is exactly the kind of specialty coffee experience that makes you want to become a regular. Highly recommended for anyone serious about good coffee or looking for something beyond typical cafe fare.
