Amazing birds and setting. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. They are happy to answer any questions asked and the shows are amazing. I will return when I am next in the area, great day out for the young and old.

Great place set within beautiful grounds, with Helmsley Castle just next door. We did the Hawk Hike, lovely to be with the Harris hawk so close-up, with a gentle stroll through the woods. In the main centre there are so many different birds to see, and displays three times a day where you get to see them flying around. It wasn't "too" busy either, so it is pleasant to go around without masses of people everywhere. Cafe is also reasonable, good for lunch, drinks and snacks. We spent around six hours there!
