We really enjoyed our visit here. I'm lactose intolerant and it was really nice that I was still included in everything with dairy free chocolate where needed and ensured that other stuff was safe for me to eat. Pip was our guide and they were really interesting and good at their job. They were animated, enthusiastic and willing to answer any questions whilst ensuring everything was accessible and enjoyable for everyone. A truly worth while experience led by an amazing, friendly and knowledgeable member of staff!

Me and my friend had a great time at the chocolate factory! The tour was very interactive and our lovely tour guide Kelly made the experience really fun. You definitely get your money's worth with the amount of chocolate and sweets you get to try!! This is a must if you're ever in York
