York Minster is stunning inside and out. Finally went in after only seeing it from outside before, and it was well worth it. Great value too, as up to 4 kids go free with a paying adult.

Took the fascinating tour, learned about Constantine and the history of the minster as well as York's rich history. I suggest bringing a better than a phone camera to really capture the place. Apparently you can reuse the ticket for multiple visits.
