About

Burggarten - a Viennese public park, established in the early 19th century on the site of a bastion blown up by Napoleon. It's a beautiful place for relaxation and strolls for both locals and tourists, attracting visitors not only with its well-maintained flowerbeds but also with its stunning sculptures and architecture. Within the park, one can find numerous monuments and sculptures dedicated to Austria's notable political and cultural figures. The park was only opened to the public in 1919.
