Restaurację Waksman odwiedziliśmy jako pierwsze miejsce, wkrótce po przylocie do Walencji, gdyż po pierwsze znajdowała się w pobliżu wynajętego przez nas apartamentu, a po drugie skusiła nas oferta orientalnego menu, gdyż uwielbiamy azjatycką kuchnię. Zamówiliśmy pyszną sajgonkę (rollito de primavera), sycący klasyczny ryż z kurczakiem i warzywami, a dzieciom polecono zamiast ryżu frytki (papas fritas) oraz świeżo wyciskany sok z pomarańczy. Potrawy podano nam bardzo szybko. Wszystko było świeże i smaczne. Sok orzeźwiający z dobrego gatunku pomarańczy, bardzo soczystych. Polecam także szeroki wybór tradycyjnych przekąsek (tapas).
