He pedido un desayuno, me han cobrado el plus por la mermelada y no me la han puesto. Cuando he ido a reclamarla, me han dicho que me la tenían que cobrar si la quería y he tenido que volver a pagarlo ya que no me han dado ticket y no tenía como demostrar que ya estaba cobrado. Además, según estaba desayunando, me han quitado la bandeja de la mesa con el azúcar y las Servilletas en ella sin darme tiempo a responder ni poder cogerlo, con un trato bastante borde y poco educado
