Restaurante con clara influencia de Quique Dacosta, donde la cocina sorprende por su técnica y calidad. Probamos cuatro platos para compartir, todos sobresalientes, con mención especial al espectacular cubalibre de foie. El ambiente en la zona de mesas fue tranquilo y acogedor, y el servicio impecable, con un trato cercano y muy profesional por parte de Iñaki, que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. La carta de vinos es extensa, algo cara, pero la relación calidad-precio del conjunto resulta adecuada. Muy recomendable.
