Ruoka maistui hyvältä mutta töissä oli vain yksi henkilö ja jonotimme yhteensä 30min että saatiin ruokamme, vaikka jonossa oli vain meitä ennen 2henkilöä. Muuten ok! Plus myyjä oli todella kohtelias ja mukava mutta vähän hidas.

Paikka on usein aika tyhjä ja silti pöydät olivat puutteellisesti putsatut. Asiakaspalvelu oli kyllä rehellisesti mielestäni epämiellyttävää. Tiskillä oleva nuori nainen ei huomioinut asiakkaita kun yritimme tilata. Ymmärrän sen, että varmasti kaikilla on huonoja tai väsyneitä päiviä. Kuitenkin jos olet töissä asiakaspalvelijana sinun pitää hymyillä ja ottaa asiakkaat vastaan asiallisesti ja huomioivasti eikä siten, että asiakkaalle tulee kiusaantunut ja häiriintynyt olo.
