Tässä perustelut arvosteluuni. Ihmetystä herätti pitsapohjien valmistustapa kyseisessä Turun pisteessä. Jostain syystä pitsapohjat kaulittiin kaulimella muotoonsa eikä tehty käsin pyörittämällä. Tästä johtuen pohja oli aivan ilmaton verraten käsinpyörittäen tehtyyn jossa pitsan reunat ovat ilmavat ja rapeat. Myöskin kaulimella tekeminen on hieman kyseenalainen tällaisessa paikassa missä on keskitytty pitsoihin ja hintataso on deluxe tasoa. Kävin Helsingin Niskassa kuukausi tämän jälkeen ja siellä pitsapohjat tehtii käsin ja pohja oli aivan eri maailmasta kuin Turussa. Tämän lisäksi kanan laatu oli mielestämme muuttunut aikaisemmasta huonompaan. Tiedä sitten oliko oliko muistikuvat väärät mutta aikaisemmin kana ei tuollaista muistimme mukaan tuollaista ns. vuolukanan tyyppistä ollut.

The pizza tastes very unique and delicious, so does the chicken salad ( huge portion), staff are very friendly, highly recommended.
