Drei Imbiss-Stände gibt's am HBF Stuttgart bei den Gleisen. Zum ersten Mal im Yorma's: nicht so toll. Selbst wenn viel los ist, schaut man den Kunden an und hört zu. Das war wie beim Discounter an der Kasse. Das belegte Baguette war gut, die Brezel mit Frischkäse extrem dünn bestrichen.

YORMA’S: Die Gourmet-Oase im Bahnhofswahnsinn Ich sag’s ganz ehrlich: Wenn der Zug Verspätung hat (was er natürlich immer hat) und mein Magen sich aufführt wie ein wütender Teenager, ist YORMA’S meine Rettung. Da drin duftet’s besser als in Omas Küche sonntags – und ich bin plötzlich wieder ein funktionierender Mensch. Die Auswahl? Größer als mein Wille, ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen. Brötchen, Wraps, süße Teilchen, Kaffee, der Tote weckt – und manchmal steht da sogar ein Obstbecher rum, damit man sich einreden kann, heute mal „gesund“ gegessen zu haben. Personal? Schnell, nett und absolut stressresistent – obwohl sie gleichzeitig zehn Leute bedienen, drei Kaffees machen und von hinten jemand ruft: „Hammse auch veganes Salami?!“ (Spoiler: Haben sie.) Und das Beste: Ich bin satt, glücklich, und mein Kontostand schreit nicht vor Schmerz. Jackpot. Fazit: YORMA’S ist wie eine warme Umarmung mit Käsebrötchen. Ich komm hungrig, ich geh zufrieden – und meistens mit mehr Essen, als ich geplant hatte. Liebe auf den ersten Biss.
