Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch bei McDonald’s. Das Personal war äußerst unfreundlich und aggressiv. Alles wurde sehr langsam erledigt, mit einem Gesichtsausdruck, als hätte ich etwas falsch gemacht. Als ich nach einer anderen Soße als Ketchup oder Mayonnaise gefragt habe, wurde ich nicht gefragt, welche ich möchte – man hat mir einfach eine süß-saure Soße gegeben. Und das erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen. Der Mitarbeiter wollte mir zunächst nur Ketchup oder Mayonnaise geben, was ich unangemessen finde, wenn ich explizit etwas anderes verlange. Obwohl kaum Gäste da waren, gab es keinerlei Vorbereitung – wir mussten lange warten, bis die Pommes frisch zubereitet wurden. Und selbst dann waren sie noch halb roh und nicht richtig durch. Bereits davor standen wir etwa 10 Minuten an, nur um überhaupt unsere Bestellung aufgeben zu können. Für ein Restaurant wie McDonald’s ist das ein inakzeptabler Service.

Das schlimmste McDonald's, in dem ich je war, sehr schmutzig und nicht steril, die Leute arbeiten ohne Handschuhe, außerdem war das Essen roh, ich rate Ihnen davon ab, hier zu essen.

Man steht 15 Minuten an, um sich dann von einem unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter anhören zu müssen, dass man keine Zwiebeln abbestellen kann. Leider bin ich allergisch gegen Zwiebel und musste somit ohne zu bestellen wieder gehen.
