Kneipe, wie sie sich gehört, mit erstaunlich gutem Essen - wer einen Spot zum Fußball schauen sucht, mit guten Bier und evtl. Was zwischen die Zähne will ist hier genau richtig - das Pfiff bringt einen ein wenig zurück und ist und bleibt ein unheimlich sympathischer Laden. Im Sommer draußen in der Fußgängerzone sitzen, Fußball schauen und dem geschäftigen Treiben der sehr diversen Cannstatter Bahnhofsgegend lauschen - sicher kein Touri-Highlight aber niemals langweilig

Ich habe mir über Lieferando ein Schnitzel, ein Cordonbleu und eine Pizza bestellt. Die Zubereitung und Lieferung ging super schnell. Zum Schnitzel/Cordonbleu: Dazu gab es Pommes und ich muss sagen, dass es Geschmacklich gut war. Ich würde mir das auf jeden Fall wieder holen. Top 😊 Besonders gut fand ich auch die Pommes! Zur Pizza: Diese konnte ich leider nicht essen, da der Lieferant sie hochkant gelagert hatte und es nur noch ein Klumpen etwas war. Nachdem ich mit dem Restaurant gesprochen hatte, kam man mir leider gar nicht entgegen und "schmetterte" mich nur ab. Es sei ja nicht Ihr Problem, dass Lieferando die Pizza falsch lagert beim Transport. Grundsätzlich haben Sie ja schon recht. Leider bringt mir das aber weder die Pizza noch das Geld zurück. Und dadurch, dass man so gar kein Verständnis zeigte, bin ich auch als Kunde nicht mehr bereit hier zu bestellen. Aber wie geschrieben, der Rest war gut. Die Kundenbetreuung bei Beschwerden - ausbaufähig. Vielen Dank noch für das nachträgliche Entgegenkommen!
