En legend bland Stockholms innerstads kaffebarer, väl förtjänt av sitt rykte – tack vare den enastående personalen. I takt med samhällsutvecklingen de senaste åren har standarden, tyvärr, försämrats något även här. Just nu (sommar 2025) är caféet påfallande underbemannat. Personalen sliter hårt, och ändå är toaletten så skitig att du som gäst antingen får bita ihop för att utföra ett trängande ärende, eller – när det är ett allternativ – vända i dörren. Alla ber vi för fred på jorden och starkare världsekonomi, men man ska aldrig snåla – det är då man bidrar till att ekonomin kollapsar för fler på sikt. Inklusive den egna verksamheten. Keep up the good work, Il caffe! Jag kommer fortsätta gå till er och heja på er så länge det är värt det. Må det bli många år till!

Perfect cafe for digital nomads to work at. WiFi, wall-plugs, and toilet available. Vegan options too! Cozy atmosphere, nice people, good coffee and just a short walk from the central station. Would definitely recommend!
