Tosty chrupały, sałatka z burakiem zachwycała kolorem, a kawa z ciastem… cóż, to była czysta miłość od pierwszego kęsa! Ten lokal na Kungsgatan 55, działający nieprzerwanie od 1928 roku, to kultowa kawiarnia – elegancka i urokliwa, ze stylem dawnych czasów, który dodaje wszystkim smakom jeszcze więcej magii. Do tego szybka obsługa i świetna atmosfera — po prostu klasyka Sztokholmu! 🧐 A wiecie, skąd ta intrygująca nazwa? Kiedy założycielkę, Ester Nordhammar, zapytano, jak nazwie swoją nową cukiernię, odpowiedziała półżartem: „vete katten” — co po szwedzku znaczy mniej więcej „a kto to wie”. I tak już zostało, choć dosłownie można to też czytać jako „pszeniczny kot”! 🐾☕”

Supposedly one the “the coffee shops” for fika break. Definitely lived upto the hype . Coffee was excellent ( cappuccino) and so were the cakes we tried
