Fabrique bakery has quickly become my absolute favorite spot! We flew in from Seattle and found this place by chance, but now I can’t imagine visiting without stopping by. Everything from the bread to the pastries is top quality, and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere makes it even better. One thing that really stood out was the service. A guy working there took such good care of my family and made sure we had everything we needed. he really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s also super dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. They even brought out water for our dog without us having to ask such a thoughtful detail that made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service, delicious baked goods, and a spot where even your dog feels welcome!

Cafetería con decoración clásica, muy tranquilo el ambiente. Te puedes sentar afuera a tomar el sol con un buen café y un bollo de canela o dentro y relajarte con la música. Camarera super amable. Puedes recargar el café y autoservicio de agua. Perfecto.
