Panrallao es una joya gastronómica en el corazón de Sevilla. La propuesta culinaria del chef Jacopo Ovoli sorprende por su originalidad y equilibrio entre lo tradicional y lo creativo. Probamos las sardinas, los gnochi y la pinza de longaniza, todos espectaculares. El pan casero y la carta de vinos, si bien algo corta, redondean una experiencia que invita a repetir. El servicio, a cargo de Marieli fue excelente, cercano y profesional, y aunque el local es algo reducido, el ambiente es acogedor y está lleno de personalidad. La relación calidad precio muy adecuada. Un sitio perfecto para quienes buscan algo diferente, con sabor y cuidado en cada detalle. ¡Recomendadísimo!
