Sobretablas es un restaurante que no deja de crecer y sorprender. La cocina de Camila es auténtica y llena de sabor, Antonio (gran “fichaje”) en sala hace que todo sea cercano y fluido, y la bodega de Robert es sencillamente espectacular, con una relación calidad-precio imbatible. Un lugar imprescindible en Sevilla al que siempre quieres volver.

Excellente expérience culinaire au niveau de la cuisine : un mois plus tard, nous nous souvenons encore avec amour des plats dégustés. Toutefois, quelques lacunes sont à noter du côté du service. Par exemple, si un serveur verse du vin depuis une nouvelle bouteille dans un verre où se trouve une mouche, il serait selon moi normal que ce verre soit compensé. C’est précisément ce type de détail qui, à mes yeux, fait la différence dans la qualité globale d’un établissement.
