El Gourmet Bar del Novotel Sevilla tiene opciones variadas pero todas ellas tienen algo en común y es la calidad de los ingredientes y el mimo que se pone a los platos, tanto por parte de cocina como del personal de la sala que dan un servicio cercano y muy agradable. El ambiente por tanto es acogedor, pero la zona y disposición del gourmet bar no es ideal, ya que se encuentra en una zona abierta con salón, zona de tv, ocio y recepción, que creo no permite disfrutar al 100% de una experiencia gastronómica que está a la altura de restaurantes de alto nivel.

I was staying at the Novotel Sevilla from Thursday June 12th until Mondday June 16th. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel after our week at Fuerteventura.
