Wir nutzen die Kantine manchmal als Alternative zum Selbstkochen. Leider hat sich das Essen verschlechtert, die Preise wurden aber natürlich angehoben. Soßen bestehen oft aus modifizierter Mehlschwitze , Gewürze fehlen oft. Heute sollte es laut Plan Lachsfilet mit Limette geben, toll! Auf dem Teller war dann allerdings Fisch-Formfleisch mit Panade, das alt gerochen hat und pappig war. Von Lachs keine Spur! Das ist einfach Betrug an den Gästen. Mein Essen landete im Abfall da nicht genießbar. Schade ums Geld. Einzelne Mitarbeiter sind nett und entgegenkommend, danke dafür. Andere zeigen wenig Interesse an ihren Gästen.
