Wir waren schon so oft im Kartoffelhaus essen. Wir wurden nie enttäuscht. So klein und unscheinbar, aber so gut. Man muss reservieren, sonst geht nichts. Ein guter alter Brauch, wo man gut isst, da dauerte auch. 😋 Das stimmt…..

Kartoffelhaus Schwerin: Wir sind mehrmals im Jahr in Schwerin und eigentlich immer in den gleichen Lokalen unterwegs, das soll anders werden! Heute also hinein und essen… Ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente empfing uns. Alle Angestellten waren nett und motiviert. Leider gab es wenig Vorspeisen. Die Suppen wurden in Terrinen für 15€ angeboten, das wollten wir nicht. Unser hausgebeizter Wildbraten mit Waldpilzragout war zart und einwandfrei. Die Semmelknödel ließ ich durch Kartoffelklöße austauschen, dafür wurde 1€ „Änderungsgebühr“ berechnet. Das wurde uns weder gesagt, noch gab es einen Hinweis auf der Speisekarte! Unser Zander / Lachsfilet mit Spinat, Creme und Grillkartoffel war bis auf die Kartoffel einwandfrei. Die Kartoffelhälften wurden wohl auf dem Grill vergessen - sie waren schwarz und rochen verbrannt. Sie wurden auf unser Bitten ausgetauscht. Trotzdem darf so etwas die Küche nicht verlassen, spätestens dem Service hätte dies auffallen müssen! Es gab auch keine Entschuldigung diesbezüglich. Ob wir dem Restaurant eine 2. Change geben wissen wir noch nicht. Leider reicht es hier nur für ganz magere 3 ***
