Hay restaurantes que no son restaurantes, son locales en los que vives experiencias únicas. Y Simpar es uno de esos lugares. Solo puedo decir que tras cuatro semanas sigo recordando gran parte del menú, y eso en alguien con mala memoria es síntoma de que rozó lo insuperable. Servicio de 10, maridaje excepcional, con ganas de volver en un tiempo. Gracias
