Красивый интерьер, обходительный персонал. Еда абсолютно обычная, ничего особенного. Не понимаю, почему у ресторана 1* Мишлен, это странно. В Москве и Санкт-Петербурге такого уровня еда в каждом втором ресторане. Даже я готовлю те же говяжьи щечки лучше, хотя я вообще не повар. Поставила 4 балла только из-за персонала, который очень старается.

Hemos venido aquí a comer. Hemos comido en la terraza del restaurante, es una preciosidad pero hacia calor. Recomendaría mejor reservar para cenar o ir a la terraza delantera. Nada más llegar nos han puesto un aperitivo de mejillones en escabeche. Luego pan con aceite, mantequilla y sal. Después hemos compartido: -Ensalada de tomates, aceitunas y vinagre de almendras ( nos lo han servido en 2 bowls porque era para compartir) -Rape con arroz negro ( fuera de carta, también servido en dos platos) -Anchoa del Cantábrico -Zamburiñas Estaba todo ESPECTACULAR por poner un pero las zamburiñas sabían mucho a mantequilla, creemos que se disfrutarían más si la salsa supiese más a perejil.
