Una obra maestra entre pan y pan. No sé qué trauma están resolviendo en la cocina, pero qué bueno que lo están haciendo con hamburguesas smash. La carne llega con ese borde dorado y crujiente que solo se logra con técnica… o con rabia bien dirigida. El pan no se rompe, no se rinde y no te traiciona. Las salsas son justas, equilibradas, como si alguien realmente pensara en tu bienestar emocional. Las papas, por cierto, tienen el nivel de crocancia que me gustaría tener yo en la vida. La atención es rápida y el ambiente relajado, sin duda volveré.
