Mi restaurante favorito de Santiago. Guillermo es un chef excepcional. He comido allí menús del día trabajadísimos por 15 euros que en otro sitio costarían 30 ó 40 y estarían bien pagados. Hasta cosas que habitualmente no me gustan allí me saben bien. Y además el trato siempre excelente.
