We arrived when it was operating as custom burgers. The service was slow when it was busy even though tables were free. The burgers were ok but they were undercooked for most people's preferences and they didn't state it was medium rare by default. Who eats a hamburger that rare? Sure if it was a good steak but mince meat? Overall it was ok but wasn't great.
