Un lugar de ensueño!! Si van a Santiago, no dejen de visitarlo. Vale (y mucho). El ambiente tiene tanta calidez que envuelve y te transporta a lo mejor de Galicia. Los platos son soberbios. Recomiendo el Ibérico de bellota, de entrante; la lubina, el chuletón con papas; y (especialmente) y el cordero a las brasas (de principales). De postre, les sugiero la tarta de Santiago con helado, y el helado de queso. Y si los atiende JUAN FARIÑA, la experiencia será COMPLETA (pidan por él). Gentileza (como la de antes), amabilidad fuera de lo común, y profesionalismo. Un 10 en aplausos de pie!!! ❤️❤️

パラドールの地下1階にある高級レストラン。（カフェテリア・朝食は0階）病院の馬屋として使われていた所を改装したそうで、とても雰囲気があります。ピアノの生演奏もあり、平日でしたが、ほぼ満席でした。一皿が多いため、大人4人、子供1人でアラカルト前菜4皿をとりわけ、メインはそれぞれで注文しました。アラカルトにクロケット（10個）、帆立（８つ）、ナス・ツナなどのマリネ、アボガドサラダです。メインに私はVeal（子牛）を注文しました。（スターターもクロケットだったので、アラカルト注文の時に教えてもらえるとさらによかったと思います）パンは柔らかいもの（レーズンパン）、硬いもの（パンガレーゴ）から選びました。久しぶりに会った2家族、1年ぶりの孫と一緒に食事をし、とても素敵な一時を過ごすことができました。
