Una experiencia gastronómica de 10, tanto por la comida como por el servicio y ambiente. Platos enfocados en el mimo y trato del producto de temporada, siendo cada uno de ellos de 10. Si es la primera visita, recomiendo probar el menú degustación, como hice en mi caso. Deseando volver.

Creo que hacía más de 3 años que lo tenía como pendiente y por fin pude ir. Es difícil a veces explicar cómo abres la puerta de un sitio y te olvidas del exterior. El espacio es súper acogedor, y el servicio en la sala lo multiplica. La carta es de temporada,con un producto extraordinariamente bien seleccionado, y con una cocina sencilla que le saca todo su potencial. Una carta de vinos que debería de ponerse en escuelas de restauración, y con unos vinos por copas de nivel (ésta fue nuestra opción para la comida), que permitió adaptarla perfectamente al menú degustación. Ojalá repetir mañana mismo. Excepcional
