Located on the 4th floor in Macy's. You'll be lucky if you get a window seat and enjoy your coffee while looking out over Union Square. The Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino I had was delicious. And it was my first time here, but I like how they don't leave out the drinks for mobile order. Just in case another customer accidentally takes it. I did a mobile order as soon as I saw a long line. I'm glad to see they're using clear cups, I can't stand Frappuccinos in paper cups. I initially wanted to order my drink at the Starbucks near the Lions Gate by Chinatown, but I didn't know they closed. Overall, I had a great experience and hopefully I get a seat by the windows.

I highly recommend using the Starbucks app to order in advance. If you get a pastery or 🧁 they're always fresh :) If there's a local ☕ shop and your not in a hurry, go there instead and save yourself a few dollars since Starbucks is definitely overpriced!

Gorgeous views from the 4th floor of Macy’s! The selection may be more limited, but the serene atmosphere more than makes up for it.
