After hosting my wedding reception at Dalida in July 2025, I can confidently say that this is my favorite restaurant on earth. We had dined here several times before and knew the combination of incredible food, ambiance, location, and hospitality would make it the perfect place for such a momentous event in our lives and the team at Dalida went way above our expectations. It’s impossible to capture all the positive things to say about the experience but we couldn’t be happier. The talented chefs, bartenders, and event staff were a joy to work with. Front of house treated all our guests with care and attention. Everyone was blown away by the food and drink telling us it was the best they’ve ever had at a wedding. The chefs worked with our budget and created an unforgettable menu, with so many thoughtful touches and went above and beyond creating a meal that accommodated all our guests and various dietary restrictions. We can’t wait to come back over and over again as this restaurant will always be a special place for us. Special thank you to Morgan, Jerry, Nayeli, Chef Sayat, Chef Laura, and all the amazing staff on the night of. If you’re thinking of doing a private event here, you will be so glad you did. We are so fortunate in SF to have places like this, support your local restaurants!

Unfortunately, our dining experience was diminished by the staff’s insistence on keeping the windows open, despite visible discomfort from several tables. Service was lackluster, marked by indifference and a hint of attitude. When we inquired about Turkish tea, the server seemed unfamiliar with the request—even though Turkish coffee was on the menu. Upon leaving, none of the staff acknowledged us, leaving the overall experience feeling flat

Came for brunch with a friend and had a good experience overall. Food: the oysters and pita were the clear winners for me. The house hot sauce complemented the oysters really well. The pita was fresh out of the oven - so fluffy and delectable. The rest of the dishes were ok - not bad but not memorable. I couldn’t have the hummus and yoghurt because I can’t have dairy. The Muhammara was good but I’ve had better from mazra in the South Bay. The string fries in the kebabi were delicious and elevated the dish which by itself was good, but not great. Ambience: Amazing because we had a great view of the lawn on the presidio overlooking the water. The only downside was that there was no awning or cover that shielded us from the sun which made it a bit uncomfortable when it got really hot. All in all a memorable brunch because of the company and the overall service and ambience. I’d recommend trying it out at least once. But with all the amazing options in the city, I probably wouldn’t visit again.
