Pretty good new bagel spot in Noe Valley. They put in a lot of thought into sourcing their ingredients. The sandwich menu is limited (1 vegetarian option + smoked salmon bagel) and on the pricey side but solid. I’d skip the balsamic on the veggie bagel since it covered the fresh ingredients.
