Opening at the beginning of the twentieth century, the puppet theater quickly garnered fame with its very first performances, captivating both adults and young viewers not only with its animated puppets but also with the magical music of Mozart, adored by all Austrians. It's worth mentioning that the local puppets became the first toys capable of not only moving and performing simple actions but also accurately conveying their emotions, thus drawing the audience's attention even more. Thanks to this unique feature, invented by Professor Aicher, the theater stages numerous operas, ballets, and serious dramatic plays.
