Mooi tijdelijk initiatief van Chef Lin, bekend van het voormalige Nayolie uit Voorburg. Top Aziatische gerechten in ietwat zakelijke omgeving. Smaak, smaak, smaak!

I really liked the place. It is hidden away in an industrial place, but that is also the charm, as the interior is quite industrial and well lit. The restaurant offers a five meal course, this time focused on protein. Each dish is unique and surprising. It had a variation of meat and fish with Asian twists, flavours where complex as they use high quality ingredients. Also loved that the son and mom worked together. The service was a bit slower than expected, but it was packed, so it was understandable as they only had one waiter, but sometimes we had to wait a bit to order our drinks. But in the end we came for the food, and it did not disappoint.

Wat een geweld qua eten. Smaken zoals weinig in Nederland te vinden. 5 gangen en een amuse, allemaal met verschillende Aziatische invloeden. Begeleid door een heldere mooie uitleg van de chef zelf. Kelvin kookt daar samen met zijn moeder op een niveau dat ongekend is in deze klasse. Mooi ook dat de beperkingen van de locatie de uitdaging vormen voor de chef en zijn team. Wij komen 100% zeker terug. Een parel in Rotterdam.
