Prima vlees, service een beetje “meh”. Na een half uur lang met lege borden en glazen gezeten te hebben zijn we maar elders een desert gaan halen. Jammer! We hadden hoge verwachtingen.

Wat een prachtige stukken vlees op een pure, eenvoudige manier bereid. Geen poespas of vage sausjes. Fantastisch!

We hebben fantastisch gegeten! Vooraf verraste de Steak Tartaar al. Als hoofd hadden we Côte de Boeuf met wat bijgerechten. Ook dit was allemaal super bereid. Als laatste bleek ook het dessert, de Tiramisu, een voltreffer. Het is dat wij in het oosten van het land wonen, maar anders kwamen we hier regelmatig terug!
